Black Sand Beaches. Hmm, it sounds like it’s Volcanic?
(Have only been a simililar one – in Chile – at the Villarica Lake under the Volcano with the same name – still active)

btw. I think we will share your magnificent gift to Anna – the Dom – on Saturday, with my childhood friend Frode and Astrid.
They will visit us for a Cod dinner + +.( You met them at the 3×20 party – Frode without much hair left, so say it descretly)

Actually, Mount Teide in the fog is beautiful. Not the best photo, but take a look at this photo of Mount Teide's forest in the fog. It was actually magical to drive through.
