Today is Midsummer Eve and this is a very likely hook up to happen since all unmarried girls is suppose to pick 7 different kinds of flowers on the Midsummer eve and put under their pillow – to dream about their future prince!
This year might be troublesome for the girls since the flowers bloomed very early this year, all at the same time and I’m not sure how many there are left out there right now…
Lucky thing I already have my dream frog
We’re off celebrating Midsummer with good friends outside Stockholm in the countryside! They have horses – need I say more…? *smiling real big*
Read our old post about Midsummer.
CHEERS & HAPPY MIDSUMMER
UPDATE: The sun is up 18 hours and 30 minutes here now, which means that it’s not getting enough dark during that 5,5 hours when it’s down! I love that as much as I hate our dark winters!

That’s a nice use, I never heard of it ! I also love the long days and hate winters ! But the difference is even bigger in Sweden then here, now it gets dark at around 9.45 pm.
Shakespeare wrote Midsummer’s Night Dream. What is you midsummer’s dream? ))
I imagine you have a marvelous Midsummer day!
Will you put 7 different flowers under your pillow to dream about your Prince?! I know he will just next you in the very small bed but … dreams are nice too? Why would all the best things reserve to the single women? (smile)
I know – Midsummer feast is the feast in Sweden. I hope – from the bottom of my heart – you have better weather than here in the Oslo area right now.
Hmmm,, long romantic evening in dusk – what more can a man ask for!
Wishing you a wonderful Midsommarafton!
