That is a really unique tradition that they have there in Sweden!
I spent this Christmas in Matagalpa, Nicaragua! Here in this tropical environment I don’t think we will ever enjoy a white Christmas! LOL

They do have a tradition of their own here in Nicaragua (well I think it is all over Central America) but anyways what they do here is get together in the evening on Christmas eve, have a meal together, and then hang out together until 12:00 o’clock midnight and then they blow up all sorts of fireworks! I guess you could say they celebrate New Years twice! :)

You would think they would not have that kind of money though being Nicaragua is supposed to be the second poorest country in this hemisphere but they get it from somewhere!

Well anyways, hope you had a very Merry Christmas and that you have a very Happy New Year 2013!!!
