Finally a recipe where I am familiar with the measurements *lol* – they sound so yummy. I might have to try baking them this weekend…Thanks for sharing.
Are they as good as the ones you can get at Ikea?

Lifecruiser: Yes, I know, the measurements are a bit difficult between the countries. I use online conversion for that.

And they are MUCH BETTER than Ikea’s!!!!! *lol*

The first time I made bread I killed off half the yeast. We called it Midnight Sun bread because we were in Alaska at the time and it took till midnight to get it to rise.

I like the idea of the cardamom although I seem to remember having spent quite a while to actually find it a while back.

I would advise against cooking in the nude, though. Sounds just a tad too dangerous. And you need a strategically located kitchen for that. I wouldn’t want to surprise my neighbours with that.
