Yesterday I was sitting the whole afternoon in front of our TV and watched the Royal Wedding ! It was great ! Absolutely !!! and soooo nice and uncomplicated, I even had to wash a tear away ! What a big promotion for Sweden, I saw Stockholm from all corners ! Of course our royal family was there completely, as they are cousins of your King. His aunt was the mother of King Albert. I was only disappointed that the English court was only represented by Edward and his Sophie. Daniel looked less excited then Victoria, lol ! Anna was so eager to watch on TV the ceremony and the women dresses and diadems etc …
Well, I went to a pleasant place reading but must admit I watched on TV when they said yes and yes to their marriage…

They, or the public, were happy. the weather was not like here on the moment of wedding.

Yes, we saw Princess Mary at the concert yesterday, she is so beautiful!

Oh, and H.R.H. The Earl of Wessex och H.R.H. The Countess of Wessex is here from Great Britain.

Princess Mary of Denmark was also a commoner and Australian! So we have our very own Princess. She and Prince Frederick meet in a pub one summer and it was love at first sight…apparently.

I was interested to note that none of the English Royal family are expected…that’s if they were invited…lol.

Anyway, it will be a happy day for Sweden and I hope it all goes well. No doubt we’ll see something on the news.

I was wondering if you were going to make a report about this grand event! I really like Crown Princess Victoria and wish them all the best! The Norwegian television stations have been showing the preparations of course and we will be following along throughout the weekend.

I’m going to watch the wedding since I love weddings too and aside from that I am a royalist. I find that royalty is sooo fairytale-like and sometimes I wished that I was born into a royal household.

I will be watching this on German tv thanks to my satellite connection! it will be a nice break from the World Cup in South Africa.
I love weddings. And particularly royal weddings!!
