Well, if I don’t get better I’ll let Mr L help me to swing from the sails… Poor man, he has to work hard for me…. *giggles*

I wonder if this one will go through. Do you have a “lock” on your comments????

Anyways…I was recommending a wonderful product for inflammation called “Traumeel”….it’s a homeopathic gel…give it a try…it’s amazing!

There are two types of palm trees in the photo–the Mexican Fan Palm and the Date Palm (Phoenix dactylifera.) The bent appearance is caused by the decay process going on in the trunk. It appears the fronds have been removed to prevent litter. Both of these types of palms are extremely common in Arizona and we see a few of the Mexican Fan Palms in their death throes every year. This usually happens during the intial transplanting that fails, but there are many other pathogenic causes.

I first thought saturday for the cruise but then there is Photo hunting so I changed it to sunday (also on my blog) sorry about that, must be my foggy brain ! We don’t suffer from global warming but rather from Global Freezing ! The Brits say about time zones : We are early before the Americans but late for the rest of the world !

It’s a homeopathic cream, and it also comes as a gel. Perhpas you can purchase some where you are? It’s really quite amazing….rub it in, and it quickly takes the pain away from the inflammation. Hoping your back gets better so you can swing from the sails again! Oh, was I supposed to say that???

Hope your back is better soon and you are back enjoying your cruising around the world.

One time I hardly could get there with that 90 degrees angle of me and he did one pull and I could walk normal again.

Instead of being on sick leave for at least 3 weeks I only had to stay home for 3 days – quite a difference!!!

It was amazing. I’m not sure I’ve been that relaxed at any point in the last five years.

On the other hand, it’s kind of unsettling to hear your back make the same sound as a zipper being pulled apart.
