I have some catching up to do I see! That is a really neat looking bill! Ours are so ugly compared to other countries! Enjoy the shopping though I know your back will hurt when done! I really need to go out today but not really up to it!

My WW is up. Happy Wednesday!

Lifecruiser: This one is an old beautiful one from 1956. I love the old kind of bills.

The shopping yes… went rather well, but as usual some of them got wrong or are faulty, so we have to go back tomorrow…. My back will probably love (not) that….

Looki - I am first again . Are you still using the “Kronor” or are you using the Euro? My mom is not really happy about the Euro. She said that everything got so expensive since the switch in Germany…

    Happy Wednesday, Mrs. L.

Lifecruiser: So far we haven’t taken on the Euro, thankfully, because I know several countries that have experienced a raise of prices when switching. This is an old bill, not in use any more though. Probably more worth than 100 kronor in collectors eyes.

If that is money it has a very odd shape. .

Lifecruiser: It is money, old swedish, not in use any more, from 1956. I think it’s beautiful :-) Our money today does not have that shape.

Does that say Sveriges Riksbank? Ett Hundra?

I take it ett = one in Swedish? *googles* Yep. :)

Is that money, then? If it is, your money is quite a bit different from ours. Yours looks like a giant square; ours (in America) is rectangular.

Lifecruiser: Yes, it says Sveriges Riksbank and Etthundra Svenska Kronor, från 1956, not in use any more.

Our bills nowadays don’t have that shape. I like it. Not so practicle though, to get into the wallet :-) Better to spend it fast…. *lol*

Okay….just how much good stuff can I buy with this? Wine? Can I buy a bottle of wine? Or perhaps a case? (I noticed the date is 1956—so, is this bogus? I’m blond you know!!!!)

    Happy Wednesday

Lifecruiser: It’s a real bill, but from 1956 so it’s not in use any more. But still, you can get a bottle or two of wine for 100 Swedish crowns. We spent a lot of them today…. Phew.

Great looking bill, very distinguished looking.

Thanks for stopping by the “Garden!” Happy Wednesday!

Lifecruiser: Yes, it really is fun - at least if you find something to shop :-) It isn’t always like that, but I LOVE to find something!!!!
