Super! Have a merrry Christmas! After an excellent dinner with champagne! And tomorrow I think an excellent lunch! Oysters, liver paste (pâté de foie gras) with candied of bot, turkey and the 13 desserts of Provence (south of France)! I will explode!!!

Lifecruiser: Thanks claudie, I hope you’ll have that too! Oh my, that sounded like a lot of delicious food yes! I’ll almost explode of the thought of all that ;-)

(Merry merry christmas to you, cruiser).

We’ve had a simple feast… tomato beef stew, some fried tilapia with soy sauce, fried liempo, and leche flan (custard).

Lifecruiser: Thanks, I do hope you have the same Neil :-) Wow! How interesting. I wish I could have all the countries different food in a long row of tables to just go around and taste and look at! What a feast for this hungry monster ;-)

Christmas Eve was full of partying joy, Christmas Day will be quiet with a Prime Rib roast beef to cook, and tomorrow my daughter comes and we will have Maine Lobster!

Lifecruiser: That sounds delicious Maribeth! I’m drooling :-)
