Our first approx. 790 km went pretty well considering that we didn’t sleep hardly anything last night. We were late as usual and suddenly realized that we better not go to bed at all, so we packed the car and did hit the road instead – around 2.30 in the morning!

The thought was to rest and have coffee break after just a couple of hours driving. And how did that go?? Not so well because we couldn’t find any place open at night to buy that coffee… We had to stop and sleep in the morning instead, so yesterday night we were exhausted and only slept at our booked countryside B&B, getting fresh ecological eggs from their hens for breakfast in the morning.

Today when you read this, we’re on the next trip leg: from Rödby, Denmark through Germany to next stop in Westernieland, the Netherlands, which is approx. 500 km.

Those two first days are our longest in the car, mainly transport distances, no regular sightseeing other from very short moments. We have been here before. After this, the sightseeing starts…

Don’t forget to keep an eye on Lifecruiser Europe roadtrip 2012 Flickr Photos too, we will continue to upload our photos as soon as we got the time to do it – and working, fast enough wifi.
