If you are interested in cooking and especially traditional local food, France is of course an excellent choice to find a lot of yummy recipe’s. I couldn’t resist taking photos of some very French recipe postcards while we were there last time.
As long as it doesn’t get too weird for us, we always enjoy to taste the local food when out traveling. The French food is a tourist attraction alone.
We’re spoiled: We’ve got an excellent chef in our host Pierre in Provence. Yes, we’re planning to visit Claudie and Pierre in August again. Driving our car all the way down in Europe.
The route is not completely planned yet, but I’ll tell you this: we will try to meetup with some others too – we will tell you all about it later.

Food, wine and culture all play a part in experiencing every destination, whether that is a country which you are visiting for the first time or the one you keep re-visiting to explore further. Tasting the food prepared by the local chefs or by those who have their heart and soul in the local cuisine is amazing!
