G’day Cruisers!

We certainly have had a lot of water down under our keel when we’ve been on this cyber cruise on Lifecruiser since the 16th of March.

As Saturday port, we end up almost as far as you can get for a Swede: to the magnificent Australia. It’s really on the other side of the world for us.

I’ve only seen some of it on film. The latest was one about the Great Barrier Reef, in Cosmonova – the only IMAX-cinema and the largest planetarium in Sweden.

I’ve always wanted to go to Australia, but it’s so big, so it has been difficult to organize and the package deals to go there from Sweden is way too expensive – and of course, if I go there I want to see everything!

We can’t cover all Australia in one day now, so we’ll visit Leura in the Blue Mountains – as soon as our host R’acquel is ready to take us out seightseeing.

No wonder that I’m shining like the sun all the time :-D

I’m prepared to become all sweaty, because I’m afraid of heights and this beautiful town is 985m above sea level!

Be aware of the different time zones too.

PS. In the meantime: read about when Gattina met indians.

Thanks for the link ! I just visited (again) Racquel but there is a list on her blog of how to handle “to do things later” I wonder if she didn’t put theory into practice (that’s what I asked her) because in Australia it’s already bedtime !

Lifecruiser: I’m sure there is “in real life” reasons for her post to be up late, but ther it is and sooooo wonderful…. ahhh…

Thanks for the support Captain ;) This photo is really impressive and I enjoy how it has strong resemblance to Australia’s Aboriginal flag.

Lifecruiser: You’re welcome R’acquel. Yes, I somehow thought of Australia when I saw it. It’s a magic sunset outside Swedens east coast at our favorite summer paradise island FÃ¥rö where we is in July every summer.
