So what on earth have this photo of my yesterday lunch to do with the photo theme Happy…?
It’s taken from The Vanity, one of Stockholm’s best located restaurant & café and despite the fact that I’m born in Stockholm, I’ve never been up there, butt always wanted to and were so happy that I finally manage to!
My monster hungry stomach is also very happy every time I get food & drinks and especially yesterday…
We were up late the evening before, in fact so late that we said that, nah, no idea to get to bed since we have to go up early and go to the Opera clothes sale, so we stayed up all night!!! Making me very hungry all day!!!! I guess the body has to work much harder when on over time…
I was hoping to find something there to make my vanity happy so I could have posted that photo in this post, butt it was a disappointment. We arrived 20 min after opening time and there was nothing interesting left. I’m not even sure that they’ve had any clothes at all that would have interest us honestly.
They had a lot of clothes yes, but mostly ugly and in a little bad shape. I saw people leave with big bags, probably because it was cheap and maybe they know how to use the fabrics to sew something else from it. I only saw a few dresses that were in better style & shape and it was already taken by others. Not my color either: pink.
From The Vanity you have a very good view out over Stockholm. Tomorrow we’ll cyber cruise there, so be sure to be with us then

THAT plate of food would certainly make MY tummy happy! I am sorry you didn’t find any treasures at the Vanity… that is sad. Guess you’ll have to keep shopping!

What a creative choice for happy. Your picture is reminding me that I should take a break from looking at happy pictures and make my stomach happy. Since I haven’t had breakfast, I think I’ll start with strawberries and cereal but for lunch, nothing could be better than what you have pictured. Cheers!

Oh yes, that looks like the sort of place that would make me happy too! Shame the costume sale didn’t work out but just think of the money you saved that could be spent on another meal out!

Hmmmmmm my mouth is watering – you know I love sea food and shrimps is sooooooo good especially when you serve beer as well!
