    Lifecruiser: Thanks Sally. It’s a Salmon (Salmo Salar), which we eat a lot of in this country, but it could have ben a Salmo Trutta as well, because they can be very much alike sometimes. Either one of them is delicious fishes to eat.

    Lifecruiser: Yes, debbie, I was hesitating myself whether or not it wasn’t actually Gross instead of Silver, but since it is a delicacy with Salmon, I decided that it couldn’t be enough Gross…. *lol*

    Of course we are… Even more since the weather still is cold ;-)
